| ATSOLUTECH | Payment and Delivery 1. Sales area Solutech delivers our products to almost every province in Vietnam. Only some of the items we restrict our area of supply due to warranty service. 2. Shipping fee The cost of freight paid to the carrier. Please note that our quotation included freight by DDP term. 3. Installation fee The fee payable to the installer by the agreement of Solutech and our customer. Installation fees will be informed when required. 4. Delivery time & Transport time 4.1 Delivery time: It is the period from the time the agreement between Solutech and customers complete, until we finish packaging to transfer to the carrier. 4.2 Transport time: It is the time required for the carrier to transport. 5. Conditions of delivery Solutech only ships goods when there is an agreement on the purchase and sale transaction between Solutech and the customer and receives the transfer payment from the buyer. Please provide accurate address information and contact phone number to facilitate and secure transactions. 6. Packing the goods Goods are packed safely to avoid damage during transportation. When receiving goods, please check the goods with the shipper before signing the receipt and make a record if there is any unintended arising with the witness of the third party to ensure your rights. In case you return goods or need warranty, it's necessary to pack goods to ensure anti-shock and please contact us in advance for better service. 7. Procedures for receiving goods When receiving products, please check at the time of delivery. If you find any error, please do not receive and report it to us via phone number 0938322256 for assistance. If the item is not as described, or the wrong delivery, we will reclaim the product and return 100% new product to you. We will contact you before delivery for confirmation. |
