| ATSOLUTECH | Warranty terms During use Solutech's products, if there's any problem or technical errors, please contact us directly as well as follow the warranty terms below: 1. Warranty period Warranty period will be 12 (twelve) months from the date of delivery, excluded sensors, spare parts and consumable materials. For pH/ORP sensors purchased from us, please refer to Recommendations here. 2. Warranty conditions Manufacturing faults In warranty period 3. Warranty does not covers Customer has not complied with the instructions Out of warranty period Serial numbers, models not match with warranty card. Abnormal voltage Products which have been modified or repaired without permission from Solutech Customer has not complied with the instructions/recommendations from manufacturer. 4. Warranty time and place Depending on actual case and agreement between Solutech and customers, we will inform to you in the shortest time, but not exceeds 05 (five) working days from receiving products.
