Requirements:
+ Accurate representation of chemical pressure
+ Chemicals are highly corrosive, may contain dirt
Operating conditions:
+ The pressure of the chemical changes
+ The meter is installed at the suction or discharge end of the pump
Structure of diaphragm pressure gauge:
Connect to pipes with common standards such as BPT, ASTM, JIS, easy to install.
Usage and amissible error:
• Amissible error 0.3%
• Error will increase with temperature change, every 10°C will increase ±0.4%
• The temperature limit must match the operating temperature of the fluid
• The maximum pressure of the fluid must not exceed the maximum allowable pressure of the meter
• If the pressure is high, it will cause tearing of the membrane or the force transmission fluid will leak out
• Replenish fluid if it leaks out.
